Bed bugs at the Landlord and Tenant
Board
Given the impact of bedbugs on tenants and non-profit housing staff, it
is expected that some cases involving bed bugs have come before the
Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB). The following links will connect staff
with redacted orders where bed bugs were a dominant issue in the
proceedings. These links will be updated as new cases become available,
but please also send us (link to Management Support email or contact
information) copies of your LTB orders that involve bed bugs. We will
remove all personal and confidential information and then post it in
this section so that others can learn from your experience.
