ONPHA members deliver high quality, innovative, responsive, and affordable housing in communities across the Province. They are proud of the positive impact that hey have on their tenants and are committed to creating safe and healthy communities, despite the myriad of challenges that they face on a day-to-day basis. The delivery of non-profit housing and the creation of safe and healthy communities requires on-going innovation and tools and services that will help organizations to be responsive to the needs of those they house.

In the following sections you will find information about several of ONPHA’s services, as well as information on innovative new ways of providing housing and delivering service to tenants. There is information and resources to assist you in planning and executing community development activities which will, in time, help to foster community vitality. There is also information about the social enterprise sector, an emerging way for non-profit organizations to supplement their bottom lines while having a positive and lasting impact on their communities, tenants, and the environment around them.  ONPHA has also developed a list of resources for making your buildings smoke-free.  Finally, there is a section on ONPHA’s Tenant Satisfaction Survey Service, a member-service which will assist organizations to plan and implement a comprehensive tenant satisfaction survey for their portfolio, and to analyze and make sense of the results.
