Customer Service Standard - Implementation and
Ontario's accessibility standard for customer service came into
effect on January 1, 2008. Non-profit housing providers in
Ontario will be required to comply with the standard by January 1,

Ontario must do to provide their goods and services in ways that are
accessible to people with disabilities.
