Asset Management Centre
ONPHA has joined
with the SHSC, CHF Canada, the Service Manager Housing Network and
government organizations to form the Asset
Management Centre, a joint venture to assist housing providers with
their asset management and related capital reserve needs including
education, technical resources, best practices and other sector-wide
strategic initiatives. The AMC is establishing a baseline
framework from which providers can then customize their individual asset
management requirements.

The Asset Management Centre (AMC) has released
the Asset
Management Resource Kit - a collection of tools and resources
designed specifically for Ontario's housing providers to assist them in
managing their buildings and capital needs. Click here for more information. The Resource
Kit provides information and helpful tools on:
- Building Condition Assessments
- Energy Audits
These resources include RFP templates for BCAs and
energy audits, captial forcasting software, energy audit software as
well as helpful user guides and tools to integrate your BCA and energy
audit.
