Energy and Asset Management Planning The Asset Management Centre ONPHA has joined with the SHSC, CHF Canada, the Service Manager Housing Network and government organizations to form the Asset Management Centre, a joint venture to assist housing providers with their asset management and related capital reserve needs including education, technical resources, best practices and other sector-wide strategic initiatives. The AMC is establishing a baseline framework from which providers can then customize their individual asset management requirements. UPDATE: The Asset Management Centre (AMC) has released the Asset Management Resource Kit - a collection of tools and resources designed specifically for Ontario's housing providers to assist them in managing their buildings and capital needs.
