ONPHA continues to develop new resources and partnerships to help its members respond quickly, efficiently, and effectively to the difficulties posed by bed bug infestations. The bed bug list-serv offers the ability to share and receive information from other ONPHA members who are dealing with bed bugs for the first or fiftieth time. In contrast, online video resources provide quick and easy information for staff, board members, and tenants. They identify issues for property managers and techniques that can be implemented to prevent the spread of bedbugs, minimizing their impact on tenants.
