Durham Access to Social Housing (DASH) operates the only fully vacancy-driven housing wait list in Ontario. The new system helps applicants take a more active role in selecting housing that is the most appropriate for them and their families.
This webinar will walk you through how the system was developed, how it works and what the Region of Durham has learned since the new wait list launched.

Roberta Jagoe is responsible for the development of local housing policies and procedures under the Housing Services Act for Durham Region’s Housing Services Division. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to any discussion on rent-geared-to-income (RGI) administration.
